All ordering from this site is for in-store pickup only and is considered to be received by the customer once the order is prepared and non-refundable. If an order is not picked up the customer agrees to pay for the order regardless of have received it or not. 

Age Requirement

You may not use this website or mobile application to place online orders unless you are above the age of 13 years old.

Food Safety & Allergy


We make every possible effort to meet the highest standard for food handling and allergy awareness.  For nut, dairy and other allergies please ask us for a list of available foods that do not contain the ingredient you are allergic to.  Please note, gluten is present throughout our facility and we can not guarantee against cross contamination of gluten with other foods.  However, we have several menu options that are made free of gluten containing ingredients and we have indicated these items on our menu as gluten free.

Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy.

Collection of Information

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request.

Cookie/Tracking Technology

This site uses cookie and tracking technology only to fulfill your requests, and any cookies used never contain any of your private personal information or transaction information.

Distribution of Information

We never sell or trade personally identifiable information such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.. Refunds & Cancellation

All sales are final at the time of purchase. If you mistakenly purchase an item, please contact us immediately and we will take reasonable steps to rectify the problem. We reserve the right to enforce the original purchase. Catering orders submitted in advance for a future date have a 72 hour cancellation notice to change or cancel any part of an order. All orders place less than 72 hours in advance are fully non-refundable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
